We handle a wide variety of business, real estate and intellectual property disputes. Since 2004, we have been one of the top litigation firms, especially in the area of intellectual property and copyright law, and have enjoyed serving our California and Arizona clients.
We have offices in Newport Beach, Santa Monica (also serving the Santa Barbara region), San Francisco, and Phoenix, Arizona. We handle federal copyright claims nationwide and have been admitted to federal courts in California, Arizona, Texas and New York. In some cases, we can structure a contingency fee or a flat-rate (one-time) fee. In other cases, we charge an up-front retainer and bill our time hourly. It just depends on the case.
