I have an IP law firm that does a lot of litigation (mainly infringement cases).  I am not a patent lawyer but would like to add this to my firm's practice areas.  To do that, I am looking for a patent attorney or possible patent agent I don't know much about the limits of being an agent as opposed to an attorney), but I would like someone I can put on my website in a "of counsel" capacity and I plan to advertise for patent services (ex. search, file apps, office action letters, and support patent infringement litigation - where I plan to focus on business method, and design patents cases).  

Compensation would be priced based on the scope of the project.  Would prefer a lawyer with both Cal and AZ law licenses (as I am licensed in these two states).  Open to discussing ideas that fit into this general model.  

Our firm has been licensed sine 2004 and we are good at driving leads to keep busy flowing!  BBB A+
