I have reviewed the federal court docket.  It does not appear that they are heavily invested in going after corporate infringers for copyright infringement.  Yes, they have been involved in federal court IP litigation (copyright, trademarks and patents), but I have only located one case that appears to (POTENTIALLY) be a lawsuit by Bentley against a third party.  Here is the case I found, but was unable to retrieve a copy of the complaint.
