Dear seller:
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed.
After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account. If you want to appeal, you can do so. However, you must provide evidence that you no longer pose a risk.

What about intellectual property disputes?
Another way to have your account taken down is due to intellectual property infringement (copyright infringement for example). In these cases, to seek reinstatement on appeal, you will need to show you have taken care of the issue, and this could include showing proof you have settled with the rights holder. We can help resolve these disputes, which can also help keep you from facing a federal court lawsuit. If you are being accused of selling counterfeits (ex. watches, clothing, electronics, apple products), you need to be able to show express consent and authorization from the brand holder in order to seek to appeal your suspension or termination.
