Settled case of logo infringement (copyright logo) with significant settlement award
A party claimed he purchased a logo legally from an internet creative websites. However, the logo was misappropriated from my client who entered it into a logo contest. His logo was not chosen, but later found its way on merchandise of the opposing party. Case was asserted as a copyright infringement case with a successful recovery.
