I called them, their clips start from 2005 on.  They do not provide licensing deals.  You have to go to the original station for that.  They sell you a single clip or more if needed.  Getting clips older than 5 years old can be a bit costly, but worth it if you need it.  Their are good, lower priced options as well.  More impressively, check out the selection.
