Benefits of having a lawyer represent you to get your creative photos, images, art, and illustrations registered:

  1. You have an intellectual property law firm that may come in handy later for enforcement and licensing purposes
  2. We can serve as a DMCA agent
  3. We can send cease and desist letters
  4. We can file federal court lawsuits if someone is infringing your copyrights
  5. You can Cc: us on your correspondence with this parties (many people have found this helps keep them out of legal trouble).  We do not charge for this!!!
  6. You do not have to hassle with making sure the copyrights are submitted properly.

What if the photos I have were already published?

Y9u can copyright all photos that were created in a single calendar year.
