Attorney Steve® Litigation Updates - The Jeffrey Antonelli so-called "nationwide" BitTorrent Defense firm is at issue following being labelled a reverse domain name hijacker for trying to abscond with my TorrentDefenders.com domain name in a UDRP proceeding (frankly, because he had a lousy domain name and wanted something for free and to disrupt his competitor). But now, amazingly, he is fighting jurisdiction in Arizona (after I sued them) along with his so-called "trusted" torrent lawyer Tristan Robinson, the architect of the failed domain hijacking attempt in a UDRP proceeding.
We expect a ruling on the issue of Jurisdiction in Arizona soon. Defendants were sued for wrongful institution of a civil proceeding, a tort in Arizona.
