Introduction

Illegal file sharing lawsuits show no sign of stopping.  The adult porn movie companies are going ballistic filing lawsuits, especially in California.  These companies are RUTHLESS in enforcing their copyrights and frankly could give a crap whether you can afford their exorbitant lawsuit settlement demands or not.  Malibu Media is the absolute worst and frankly porn watchers should stop watching their videos altogether.  The are just one porn company in the big Universe and they financially abuse people who enjoy their products any chance they get.  Strike 3, for the moment (and based on our experience handling many cases) is slightly better, but still looking to extract large monetary settlements.  We can help.  April 2018 shows man lawsuits being filed in California, especially in the Northern and Central Districts.  These are federal courts where copyright infringement claims are being brought against “JOHN DOE” defendants.
