Introduction

Udemy Instructors – Did you copyright your online course and find it posted on an unauthorized website?  If so, you may need to send a DMCA notice and may need to consider filing a copyright infringement action.  Here is a link to their online “PiraShield” (I am not sure what they will do with this form once you submit it, but if you need a copyright infringement attorney, we can help.  Typically, we would need to know you actually registered your case (as you should do with all your internet courses) with the United States Copyright Office (“USCO”).
